FAST SHIPPING

We offer 2-5 business day shipping on all orders placed within the 'lower 48' of the continental United States. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other minor outlying territories.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

External Courier Partners: It is important to note that our courier services are managed by external contractors (e.g., UPS, DPD, DHL, etc.), who may, at their discretion, subcontract parts of their service. As a result, NorgeEIK does not have direct control over their operations, how they handle packages, or even the suitability and security (against theft) of a customer's chosen delivery address. This is precisely why we offer Shipping Protection Coverage as an optional add-on.

Opting Out: If a customer decides to opt out of shipping protection, any instances of lost or damaged packages will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We will commence an investigation with the courier, which may take some time. It is essential to note that immediate re-delivery of the product or parts cannot be guaranteed and is contingent upon the outcome of the investigation. Please be aware that the resolution may not always be favorable.

Opting Out - Lost or Stolen Packages: In the event that a customer chooses to opt out of shipping protection and reports a package as lost or stolen, and the courier provides photographic proof of delivery at the front door, we will consider the package as successfully delivered and may hold the customer responsible for the loss. However, if the customer had previously notified us of their unavailability to receive the delivery, or had requested a rearranged delivery, we will take alternative factors into account and make appropriate considerations.

Opting Out - Damaged Packages: If a customer decides to opt out of shipping protection and reports a package as damaged, we will assess the situation based on the courier's photographic proof of delivery. However, please note that if the photo does not visibly depict any damage, we may be unable to fulfill replacement requests for specific parts or items.

Please note that these policies aim to provide clear guidelines for our shipping protection add-on and its implications.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Upon dispatch, you will be provided with tracking information to monitor your order's delivery progress. If you have not received your item in accordance with your estimated delivery date, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Please note, we cannot accept claims for missing/undelivered orders more than 15 days after sale. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

NorgeEIK is unable to cancel orders once placed, due to the automated systems we use to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you ordered by mistake you can follow our 30 Day Returns Policy to return your order for a refund.
